National Homelessness Week starts today, a chance for everyone in the community to reflect on how we can work together to end homelessness within our communities.
Here at the Tenancy Skills Institute, we are dedicated to delivering homelessness prevention and early intervention through tenancy education and cross-sector partnerships with the real estate industry, community sector and other key stakeholders.
In the last 12 months, over 2,000 new students have engaged in tenancy education across Australia, with over 30 community organisations proactively connecting people they support to our self-paced online courses.
Property managers and real estate peak industry bodies Australia-wide continue to engage and inform our tenancy education courses to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant for renting in 2026.
Setting these students up for rental success in highly competitive and constrained private rental markets across Australia.
With broader tenancy education and cross-sector initiatives including hybrid learning offerings, our Fractional BD service, early intervention strategies and year-round engagement, we live and breathe our mission to end homelessness through practical prevention and early intervention strategies.
Throughout this week, we will shine a light on the incredible outcomes we are achieving to prevent homelessness via our award-winning online referral portal PM Assist.
