Giving Year 12 Students a Head Start in Renting

Did you know that we provide comprehensive tenant education right in your schools? Our goal is to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to embark on the exciting journey of moving out of home for the first time!
This week, we had an incredible session of Introduction to Renting at John Paul College in Daisy Hill, and we couldn’t be more proud of the 140 students who attended! The room was buzzing with great questions, including one that stood out: “What do we need to do to obtain a rental property if we have not rented previously?”
We dove into this topic and covered everything from Schoolies Week hotel procedures to how to have a trouble free tenancy. It’s all about ensuring you have a smooth transition into independent living while understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
