Congratulations to our End of Financial Year Draw winners! 

All students who graduated from our online tenancy education courses in June 2024 were entered into the draw for a $200 Coles Myer Gift Card. 

Congratulations to Sharnee, who completed the Skillsets for Successful Tenancies course, and Jacob, who finished the Introduction to Renting course. 

They win the gift card and join all Tenancy Skills Institute graduates who are now equipped with up-to-date tenancy skills and confidence in the competitive rental market. 

Tenancy Skills Institute courses are available in all states and territories, and in Queensland are offered free thanks to the Queensland Government.

Terms and conditions

  1. The competition is conducted by Tenancy Skills Institute.
  2. Competition entry is free for any person residing in Queensland who successfully completes the Tenancy Skills Institute – Introduction to Renting course between 29 May 2024 to 30 June 2024. The course can be completed face-to-face or online.
  3. The prize is a Coles Myer gift card to the value of $200.
  4. The closing date for the competition is 11:59pm Sunday 30 June 2024.
  5. The winner will be drawn by a random number generator as soon as possible following 30 June 2024 and will be announced via the Tenancy Skills Institute website and/or social media pages.
  6. The winner does not need to be present at the draw and will be notified via phone and/or email.
  7.  If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within one week of the initial notification, the prize will be redrawn.
