We’re proud to announce that the REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria) is a supporter of the Tenancy Skills Institute’s Annual Survey of Property Managers – launching soon!
Our research last year highlighted that Victoria, at 8.31%, had the highest percentage of tenancies identified in our survey as being at risk of failing. With one Victorian property manager reporting that 400 of 930 households on their rent roll were experiencing challenges, putting their tenancies at risk.
With the REIV’s support in 2026 (and its extensive network of property managers), we can broaden our research once more to gain a deeper understanding of why tenancies are at risk of failure in the Victorian private rental market.
