The Tenancy Skills Institute is once again seeking to understand why tenancies are at risk of failure in the private rental market via our annual survey of property managers.
Via this survey, we can identify the challenges households are experiencing that put their tenancies at risk and also gauge property managers’ sentiment toward early intervention strategies to sustain tenancies. This valuable data helps inform how we create and implement effective cross-sector strategies that ultimately prevent households from becoming vulnerable to homelessness.
So we are proud to share that REIT is returning once again as a survey partner, enhancing our ability to tap into the insights of Tasmanian property managers as we build a picture of what is occurring in the Australasian private rental market landscape in 2026.
Thank you to REIT for their continued support of the Tenancy Skills Institute and this important research.
