REIQ: 2026 Australasian Property Manager Survey Partner

4 March 2026

“Property managers are often the first to spot the warning signs of tenants in distress and, with the right support services and efficient referral pathways in place, can play a vital role in helping sustain tenancies.”

Upon the release of the Tenancy Skills Institute’s 2025 research paper, The REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella reflected on the important role property managers play in identifying tenancies experiencing challenges in the private rental market.

Building working partnerships between property managers and community organisations is imperative to delivering effective homelessness prevention and early intervention strategies, and it’s our focus at the Tenancy Skills Institute.

So we are delighted to have the REIQ return for another year as a partner in our annual survey (launching soon!). Inviting Queensland property managers to join their peers from across Australia and New Zealand to answer the question: Why are tenancies at risk of failure?

With thanks to the REIQ for their ongoing support of our important research.
