Last year, thanks to survey insights from Australasian property managers, the Tenancy Skills Institute shared, for the first time, the number of tenancies at risk of failing in the private rental market.
Important data that helps inform our leading research into homelessness prevention and early intervention strategies to sustain tenancies. So it’s fantastic to have the professional body for Australia’s real estate sector back on board once again in 2026.
