Over the weekend, the Tenancy Skills Institute team was thrilled to accept The REIQ 2026 Awards for Excellence Industry Innovation award for PM Assist!
We are deeply honoured to receive this award in such a rich field of innovators for our online referral portal, which enables property managers to connect households experiencing challenges in their tenancies to support from experienced community organisations.
A heartfelt thank you to the REIQ for this recognition, which we share with our real estate industry and community sector partners who collaborate with us to deliver this vital work: sustaining tenancies to prevent homelessness.
As our CEO Paul shared on the night, almost 2,000 people have sustained their tenancies so far through referrals via PM Assist, enabling them to keep a roof over their heads and preventing them from becoming vulnerable to homelessness.
Thank you to everyone sharing in our excitement and, most importantly, in our mission to create better rental outcomes together.
