Last week, we shared 7 News’ coverage of the positive impact our online referral portal, PM Assist, in tandem with our real estate and community service partners, is having in the Mackay community.
Since then, the Tenancy Skills Institute has continued to onboard property managers to PM Assist, and in just 4 days, 32 early intervention referrals have been made.
That means 32 households currently facing challenges, putting their tenancies at risk of failure, are on an early intervention pathway to support from an experienced community service organisation. To provide these households with targeted support to sustain their tenancies and prevent them from becoming vulnerable to homelessness.
Our reimagining of early intervention pathways continues to gain momentum, and the potential of what we can achieve together using PM Assist is limitless!
