Toowoomba community members, get rent-ready next Friday, 8th August, when the Tenancy Skills Institute returns to the Toowoomba Housing Hub to deliver a free Introduction to Renting Course.
Perfect for first-time renters to understand the fundamentals of renting, or to refresh your knowledge if you are an experienced renter returning to the rental market after a break.
A 2-hour session delivered by the friendly, expert Tenancy Skills Institute team, it covers an overview of rental processes and key documents within a tenancy. Topics include effective communication, rights and responsibilities, cleaning, budgeting and sharing with others.
This in-person training session is free, thanks to a generous contribution from the Toowoomba Regional Council.
