A sunrise over Darwin and the future is looking bright for 10 new Tenancy Skills Institute Graduates via our partnership with Mission Australia Darwin (some of whom are pictured here with our trainer Chris!)
Over two days this week, these graduates completed the Skillsets for Successful Tenancies full course in person, gaining practical tenancy skills that are up-to-date and relevant to the Northern Territory context.
Now with a Tenancy Skills Institute Certificate, when seeking to apply for a new rental property, each graduate can demonstrate their skills relating to:
Effective Communication in a Tenancy
Renter Rights and Responsibilities
Renting with Others
Cleaning and Maintaining a Rental Property
Finances and Budgeting
