Just a few spots left for Toowoomba community members to undertake the Tenancy Skills Institute’s Skillsets for Successful Tenancies course at the Toowoomba Housing Hub tomorrow and Friday.
Thanks to a generous contribution from the Toowoomba Regional Council, this 2-day course is offered free for participants. The perfect opportunity to learn how to strengthen your next rental application and ensure you know what to do once you get the keys to the rental property!
Course participants will learn:
Effective Communication in a Tenancy Renter Rights and Responsibilities Renting with Others Cleaning and Maintaining a Rental Property Finances and Budgeting
Upon graduation, you will receive a Certificate of Attainment recognised by property managers in the Toowoomba region and all over Australia, showcasing that you have the skills to sustain a tenancy successfully.
