While highlighting the alarming rise in at-risk tenancies in Queensland and across Australia, their discussion also focused on the early intervention pathway facilitated via PM Assist, explored as a case study in the paper.
Demonstrating how, when early intervention is delivered in collaboration between property managers and the community sector, the number of tenancies at risk of failing can be reduced significantly. For survey respondents, this was a reduction of nearly two-thirds!
When property managers surveyed tell us that over half of failed tenancies in the last 12 months could have been saved with the right supports in place, this early intervention pathway highlights the way forward.
