What does NOT intervening early do to demand for specialist homelessness services?
This is the question our CEO Paul posted at yesterday’s Tenancy Skills Institute’s Case Study session at the Queensland Homelessness Conference.
With our focus on cross-sector collaboration between the community sector and real estate industry to deliver early intervention strategies that prevent homelessness, it’s an important question to ask.
Sharing early insights from this year’s Australasian Survey of Property Managers, Paul highlighted that, compared with previous years, the preliminary Queensland dataset of nearly 32,000 tenancies demonstrates the positive impact of cross-sector early intervention to sustain tenancies.
Whilst also giving us an accurate indication of what will happen in 12 months time if we don’t work together.
