Today is Youth Homelessness Matters Day, a national day that asks the Australian community to pause and reflect on youth homelessness.
Sadly, across Australia in 2024-2025, 42,763 children and young people (under 25 years) presented on their own to a specialist homelessness service seeking support.
As an organisation originally founded in 1982 to support young people in Ipswich experiencing homelessness, inCommunity Inc., and our brands inCommunity Connect and Tenancy Skills Institute, remain committed to doing our part to create a world where every child and young person has a safe place to call home and thrive.
