Last year, through our Australasian survey, we gained a comprehensive understanding of property managers’ positive sentiment towards participating in early intervention strategies to prevent homelessness.
We achieved this with the support of real estate industry leaders like Mitchell PT (Property Training), which offers training, consulting, and support for PM professionals.
In 2026, we are proud to announce that Mitchell PT are once again supporting our annual survey with their extensive network. Supporting our research to unpack what puts tenancies at risk in the private rental market to inform our homelessness prevention and early intervention strategies.
