Last year, we surveyed ACT property managers via REIACT’s network, and they identified that 4.8% of the tenancies they managed were at risk of failing. With 69% of survey respondents identified rental arrears as the primary reason.
In 2026, we are proud to announce that REIACT is returning as a partner for our annual survey of property managers.
Twelve months on, we’ll be asking property managers what challenges households are experiencing in tenancies now, learning what has changed and what remains the same.
